Dissension

Dissension is changing formats to one core 10 man raiding group.  We currently do not have the people to do a single 25 or two 10 man groups.  Since Cataclysm hit, we've lost tanks and healers and this has limited our flexibility.

We're overfull on DPS, so its obvious that we won't be able to fit in everyone that wants to raid, but the guild's situation being as it is, this is the direction that the officers have decided to take.

There are absolutely no hard feelings if you feel you could do better in another guild.  We all pay for this game and want that time to be fun and full of the things that we want to do, if this guild is not providing that for you, its entirely your decision to do what is necessary to find that.

This is not pushing anyone out, its more of a declaration of intent.  People are going to be left out, and those people will be angry about it.  But in the view of the officers, this is our only option to maintain good and competitive progression.  We can't sub people in and out every week and expect them to develop any kind of the group synergy needed for these harder fights.  So for right now, the decision is one 10 man raiding group Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays 4-730pm Server time.

Goreguts, lol the new Guild Master ><

Just letting everyone know to pick a new main if they want before Cataclysm, were trying to ask for info on your new main by December 1st (should be on your calendar) but were also taking info on your new set main up till January 7. Also its because were gonna give people a while to get to 85 before we start our main set raids for 25s or 10s. Were giving everyone the time they need to level to 85 but our main raids will not start till January 8, so it can give everyone the time to get to 85 before or during the Christmas break and new years, but we will be doing some 10 mans for those who have leveled faster than others so those will know what to do and get straits together. Were not sure yet on what will be main raids for the weekends that we will be set for our main raids because of the new system, 10 and 25 will be the same gear and 10s might seem to be easier on people but were gonna figure out whats the best thing before our main raids starts.
